Each year KA holds a holiday coloring contest. We invite all of our KA family members under the age of 12 to participate. Every year, Kernaghan Adjusters has a Christmas card contest open to all KA family members under the age of 12. This year's winner is Sophie Wos, age 5. The CiAA/ CICMA Ontario Joint Conference was a huge success this February! The critical areas of focus for the CiAA are outlined in this month's Message from the President. Patti goes into detail about the CiAA's next communication initiative and its biggest educational goals.

Patti provides details about the changes she has personally witnessed in her 21 years with the company - progressing from Polaroids to e-mailing photographs directly from claim sites, to the company becoming a specialty commercial boutique adjusting firm with a National presence.
