Pre-Blast Surveys
Municipalities are creating by-laws that make it necessary for blasting contractors to complete pre-blast surveys.
Our technology provides an innovative way of controlling costs and an effective set of documentation for pre-blast surveys. Together with digital photos and a digital voice recording of the building inspection, we provide clients with a detailed summary in either a CD report format or a completely transcribed report with colour photos.

Home Warranty Programs have seen numerous concerns over the last few years. We are pleased that we have been chosen by several warranty providers to complete thorough inspections when the certificate holder reports defects. Contractors are being held accountable in a fair and reasonable manner to assist in making these Home Warranty Programs more effective.

We work with Auto Warranty Providers and undertake inspections on their behalf. We work closely with their own warranty department and provide inspection reports and digital photos electronically in a prompt manner, so warranty claims can be processed quickly, without delay to the vehicle owner.
