Grant Rerie began his insurance career in 1980 as a staff adjuster with a major Canadian Insurance company. In 1986 he joined a local independent adjusting firm in Winnipeg where he adjusted multi-line claims for the following ten years.

Grant's education includes Risk Management studies at the University of Winnipeg and a building construction course at Red River Community College. He has also successfully completed a number of intensive educational programs related to building damage estimating, including Wood Energy Technology Training (W.E.T.T.) for inspection of solid fuel appliances. This training has given Grant the skills to effectively assess building losses for both residential and commercial claims and prepare his own specifications. Grant is often called upon to critically analyze specifications prepared by others. Grant's work with heavy equipment and trucks, and the automotive trade studies he undertook before entering the insurance industry are also of value to our clients.

In February 1997 Grant joined our Winnipeg Team. As of June 1st, 2009 Grant has been promoted as the Manitoba Regional Manager.
