Vancouver Island Branch Manager

Dale Rogoza’s independent adjusting career started with Kernaghan Adjusters in 1978 in our Fort Frances, Ontario Branch. In a short period of time, he became Branch Manager in Thompson, handling claims throughout northern Manitoba. In 1979, Dale returned to Fort Frances as Branch Manager and remained there for over 14 years, adjusting claims and giving management direction in an expansive territory that extended into Northern Minnesota, USA.

In 1993, Dale transferred to Victoria, BC and assumed the Branch Manager position. He currently services Vancouver Island, specifically handling claims from Victoria to Nanaimo and the regions between. Over the years Dale has developed extensive expertise in the following areas: automobile; bodily injury; heavy equipment; large, complex commercial property (building, stock and equipment); personal property; business interruption; cargo/transportation and general liability.

Dale has served as Treasurer for the Insurance Professionals of Victoria. He has also served on the BC Adjusters Association (Island Chapter) as Director and Secretary. He is a member of the Canadian Adjusters Association. He is currently on the executive for the Insurance Institute of BC (Island Chapter) and teaches Insurance Institute courses on Vancouver Island.
