In Manitoba, Bryan is working closely with a strong group of adjusters, with a focus on continuing to build on that foundation. “My goal is to support adjusters in their individual career progression—expanding their exposure to different claim types, strengthening their technical capabilities, and helping them further establish themselves as trusted professionals in the industry,” said Bryan.

Bryan is equally focused on creating opportunities for growth across the region. Through mentorship, collaboration, and leadership, he aims to equip adjusters with the tools and confidence to develop their own territories, enhance client relationships, and continue delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes.
