Kernaghan Adjusters Welcomes New Staff

 

 

Kernaghan Adjusters continues to grow and we are pleased to introduce the following staff:

Head Office:

Beverley Van Rooyen joined Kernaghan Adjusters on 4 September 2019 as Accounts Receivable Clerk. She has an enormous amount of experience working in different accounting positions. Her key strengths include being a quick learner (she has learned four new computer industry programs in less than a month), experience working with different accounting software, and is well versed in bookkeeping, cash flow and accounts payable/receivable functions. Beverley continues to pursue certifications and training to improve her skills, especially in the accounting.

Halifax:

Brian Harris joined Kernaghan Adjusters on 1 August 2019 as a Senior Adjuster. Brian brings massive experience with over 31 years in the adjusting field. He has considerable experience handling large personal, commercial property claims, as well as liability claims with an emphasis on occupiers’ liability. Brian also has extensive knowledge and experience with municipal liability claims, automobile claims, and environmental loss claims.

Winnipeg, MB:

Jeff Whyte joined Kernaghan Adjusters on 9 September 2019 as an Adjuster. Jeff brings with him 12 years of experience and has become well versed in several key areas of the industry. He has solid experience handling third party liability, product liability and commercial property claims. His key strength is his capability in handling delicate situations with calmness, empathy and professionalism.

Pat Bergen joined Kernaghan Adjusters on 29 July 2019 as an Administrative Assistant. Julie brings with her an impressive amount of administrative experience in the legal sector. She is never deterred by challenges put before her and can easily work in a high paced environment. Among other qualities she also possesses knowledge in drafting legal documents, experience with transcription and preparation of statements.

Toronto:

Nesar Sadeque joined Kernaghan Adjusters on 16 September 2019 as a Senior Adjuster. Nesar has over 10 years of professional experience in the insurance industry. He has extensive experience handling high net worth claims for various insurers of moderate to high complexity. His expertise includes handling commercial losses, residential, auto, property and marine claims.

Daniel Theofanidis joined Kernaghan Adjusters on 23 September 2019 as a Senior Adjuster. Daniel brings many years of insurance experience and has become well versed in several key areas of the industry. He has a good experience handling property & liability claims. His key strengths include extensive experience working with Guidewire, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to coach and mentor others.

Edmonton:

Jane Lees joined Kernaghan Adjusters on 16 September 2019 as a Senior Adjuster. Jane brings with her many years of adjusting experience. Initially, she was specialized in bodily injury claims before transitioning to specialty lines and liability to utilize her solid adjusting skills. Her extensive background includes working for two national insurers and two national independent adjusting firms, which has provided her a heightened understanding of the needs of claims and thorough investigations.

St. Catharines:

Lisa Konyi joined Kernaghan Adjusters on 16 September 2019 as an Administrative Assistant. Lisa has over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry, along with many years of experience working as an Office Administrator. Highlights of her qualifications include certifications in administration, HR and accounting. She has an excellent computer skills and is capable of working efficiently while under pressure.

Kelowna:

Julie Boone joined Kernaghan Adjusters on 8 July 2019 as Administrative Assistant. Julie brings with her an impressive amount of administrative and customer service skills, along with many years of experience working with property management. Her key strengths include strong communication skills, the ability to work within a team as well as cross-team and eagerness to learn new things.
