We are currently seeking qualifed candidates for the following positions:

Accounts Receivable Clerk

Vancouver, BC

Seeking a permanent full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk with a strong team focus, proactive approach to problem solving, can-do personality, and professional manner. You must have proven ability to deliver on time within a high-volume environment and keen sense of priorities. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this entry-level position is in our Head Office in downtown Vancouver and has potential to grow with an enthusiastic learner..


Primary responsibilities include:

  • Accounts Receivable data entry & processing
  • Deposits (daily for Chequing & Trust, scanned cheques, direct deposit)
  • Invoice batch importing/uploading & adjustments processing
  • AR payment inquiries & initial overdue inquiries
  • Related GL account reconciliations
  • Report printing (weekly & monthly)
  • Mail & couriers handling, national oversight postage meters
  • Provide support to the Director of Finance and Accounts Payable
  • Ad hoc duties & general admin assistance (ie, label printing, admin)


  • Accounting certificate/diploma and one year experience
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft: Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Working knowledge of Sage 300ERP (or other ERP programs)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be a flexible and adaptable team player
