New Adjuster in our Calgary office

Tatiana graduated from Teacher Training College in Novorosiysk, where she worked as a teacher and private tutor for four years. Later, Tatiana graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Customs Affairs and Border Security from the prestigious Customs Academy of the Russian Federation in Rostov-on-Don. In both college and university, Tatiana served as President of the Student Union and Head Editor of the student newspaper.

Tatiana entered the insurance industry shortly after moving to Canada in 2009. Her career began as an insurance agent providing home, auto, commercial and travel insurance. During this time, Tatiana also acquired her LLQP license and worked with life, disability, critical illness, group benefits and other financial products. After five years in her role, Tatiana gained a robust understanding of policy wordings, and developed key skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.

Tatiana pivoted to claims adjusting in 2017 and began working as a telephone adjuster at one of the biggest Canadian adjusting companies. Tatiana handled claims across Canada while specializing in liability, injury, and subrogation claims.

Tatiana joined KA’s Calgary team in 2024 and brings an infectious drive and enthusiasm to the team. She prides herself on meeting client expectations and credits her motivation to how rewarding the role of an adjuster can be.

Outside of work, Tatiana enjoys spending time with her family and practicing and teaching Taekwondo as an IV-degree black belt.  She is also set to attain her CIP designation as she completes her final course.
