Kernaghan Adjusters is pleased to announce the appointment of Owen Watson BSc, CIP, Cert CII (London Market), to the newly created position of Vice President BC Operations.

Kernaghan Adjusters is committed to providing its clients with dynamic claims solutions. Owen is a proven leader who is both resourceful and thoughtful. His leadership style is to listen first and then collaborate with the team to solve the problem.

Owen Watson joined Kernaghan Adjusters as our London Services Manager in 2017. In late 2018 his role extended to Director, Specialty Markets. His new expanded role as Vice President BC Operations will focus on the entire BC market. He will work with our BC Team and BC clients whose operations stretch out both nationally and globally.

Owen began his career in Vancouver as a claims examiner at Commonwealth Insurance in 2005. His portfolio of claims included complex property losses in the multi-million-dollar range. Owen’s desire for growth took him to London, England where he gained valuable Lloyd’s experience at QBE. Managing a global portfolio of Third Party Administrators and Coverholders were part of his responsibilities.

Owen will be instrumental to the growth of our operations in BC. I look forward to working with him to deliver industry leading claims solutions.
